Environmental Monitoring System Software

This software is a part of the environmental monitoring system solution that enables data sending and receiving by connecting to transmitters. The GITO monitoring software is web-based and designed with up-to-date technologies, allowing use on all devices such as desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones with all types and sizes of displays. This software offers all monitoring features including an online dashboard, real-time data collection and display, various technical configuration settings, diverse statistical and analytical reporting without time and record limitations, printable and PDF outputs, and dozens of other capabilities to the operator. The software has very powerful management settings and can define diverse access levels in the smallest sections of the software as full access, read-only, or no access, reducing human error through smart access level and information validation definitions. The GITO EMS software can track and log all user activities and has been designed and developed based on the requirements of Annex 11 CFR21. The Plan module is one of the supplementary modules of this web-based software that displays environmental parameter information and status on the customer's map and plan for easier and faster monitoring. This software can be connected to the deviations module, allowing the operator to easily document events and deviations through the integrated EMS environmental monitoring system and the deviations and CAPA module. This software can create audio alerts, SMS alerts, and email alerts through the relevant supplementary modules and can generate the necessary alerts by defining the required scenarios in case of Action and Alert conditions. The modern design, quality assurance perspective, multi-layer alert system, professional standards compliance and validation, lack of technical limitations, and other innovative features make this software very unique and powerful, providing comprehensive and high-quality environmental monitoring for pharmaceutical factories and medical equipment.

Monitoring

The software displays all transmitter data and sensor readings in the form of smart cards, providing suitable features to the operator. The cards display environmental parameters in real-time after sampling and notify the operator of sensor statuses like Normal, Error, Unplugged, Action, Alert, Disable through smart color-coded alerts. Smart cards can display the device name, code, and installation zone, and can also indicate device calibration status. The settings section allows very effective configuration of transmitters, critical limit definition, control settings, and calibration document information input. Independent alert scenarios and layers can be defined for each device and parameter in this section. Advanced search based on name, installation location, device code, serial number, and model can be performed on the cards. Smart cards enable deviation logging from this section, allowing the operator to create necessary events for any parameter or device deviation observed. All the mentioned sections can be managed based on access level definitions.

Software Settings

Group by Installation position

The software allows an unlimited number of zones (installation locations) to be defined for categorizing the installation locations of transmitters. By assigning the defined zones to the devices, you can perform searches or generate reports based on the installation location of the devices.

Data Access Definition

The software allows access to device information based on organizational roles and positions in all sections of the program. This means that different personnel levels within each department can control and utilize the data based on assigned roles.

User, Role, and Position Definition

The software allows an unlimited number of roles (departments) and positions to be defined. When creating users, you can place each user within the required and defined roles and positions, managing their access to the software using this capability.

User Access Levels

This capability allows access to all sections of the software to be defined for the roles and positions as read-only, no access, or full access. Users within each department will operate the software based on the defined access levels.

EMS Software Modules

Third party modules connectable to environmental monitoring software

The Plan Module

is used to display the data from the environmental monitoring system on a project site plan, along with highly useful and practical features. This module can easily implement complex and large nested plans using the Drill-Down capability, and it presents all data graphically to users.

The SMS Alert Module

can create a 24/7 real-time alerting system for the environment monitoring system. This module notifies users of critical conditions requiring immediate action according to the defined settings and instructions.

The Email Alert Module

establishes a borderless alert system over email for the environment monitoring system. It sends alert signals to users based on defined settings and scenarios, regardless of geographical or national limitations.

The Voice Alert Module

provides a traditional yet highly effective alert system for the environment monitoring system. Utilizing modern technology and powerful logic, it generates practical and effective alerts for users present at the factory during critical conditions.

The Calibration Module

monitors the status of calibration certificates for the equipment related to the environment monitoring system. It provides necessary notifications for appropriate actions, addressing the issue of managing calibration certificates for the EMS system.

The Deviation Module

is a comprehensive sub-program for creating, tracking, and managing deviations and preventive and corrective actions in the pharmaceutical and medical equipment industry in a paperless and intelligent manner. This module can operate independently or as an integrated part of the EMS.
