Calibration

Issuing and renewing calibration certificates from an ISO17025-accredited reference laboratory.

Steps of Gito Calibration Services

In accordance with current regulations, all transmitters and data loggers of the Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) must undergo annual testing by reference laboratories accredited with ISO17025, and calibration certificates must be issued for them. The process for issuing or renewing the calibration certificate at Gito Company, based on the customer's request, is as follows:

1

Open Devices

The transmitters are to be opened by Gito's executive team or the customer's technical team at their installation site. Given the sensitivity of the equipment, it is essential to follow the necessary precautions and adhere to Gito's instructions during this stage.

2

Packaging and Dispatch to Gito

At this stage, the equipment should be cataloged, properly packaged, and then safely transported to Gito's office by either Gito's executive team or the customer.

3

Preliminary Testing & Servicing

In this step, functional testing, inspection, and cleaning are performed. If any equipment is found damaged or non-functional, the customer will be notified, and after confirming the cost estimate, necessary repairs will be made.

4

Submission to Accredited Laboratory

At this stage, the equipment will be carefully packed and sent to an ISO17025 accredited reference laboratory for certification.

5

Retrieval from Laboratory

After the calibration certificate is issued by the reference laboratory, the device is retrieved from the laboratory.

6

Final Quality Check (PDI)

At this stage, all components will undergo functional testing. After completing the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) process, calibration labels will be affixed to the device according to the customer's specifications, and they will be matched with the issued certificate.

7

Handover to Client

At this stage, the equipment is installed and activated by either Gito's executive team or the customer's technical team. Software testing is then conducted to ensure proper functionality.

You can entrust the calibration process to the Gito team

Based on the above steps, the Gito team offers comprehensive calibration services to its customers. Due to the sensitivity of the calibration process and the instrumentation involved, along with additional services such as two stages of testing, service, and inspection before delivery, as well as the cost-effectiveness of these services, we highly recommend utilizing Gito’s services for the issuance of EMS equipment calibration certificates.
