Calibration

Issuing and renewing calibration certificates from an ISO17025-accredited reference laboratory.

Steps of Gito Calibration Services

According to the current rules and regulations, all transmitters and data loggers of EMS must be tested annually by reference laboratories with ISO17025 and calibration certificates issued for them. The process of issuing or renewing the calibration certificate at Gito Company according to the customer's request is as follows

1

Open devices

The transmitters are opened by Gito's executive team or the customer's technical team from their installation location. Due to the sensitiveness of the equipment, precautions and Gito instructions should be implemented at this stage.

2

Packaging and Sending to Gito

At this step, the equipment should be listed and after proper packaging, it should be safely transported by Gito's executive team or the customer to Gito's office.

3

Initial test and service

At this step, functional testing and initial inspection and cleaning are performed on the equipment. If an equipment is seriously damaged and functional or needs to repair or replace a part, the matter will be informed to the customer and after announcing the cost and receiving confirmation, the necessary repairs will be done.

4

Send to the reference laboratory

At this stage, the equipment will be packed and sent to the ISO17025 certified reference laboratory for certification.

5

Receive equipment from the laboratory

After the process of issuing the calibration certificate in the reference laboratory, the device is delivered from the laboratory.

6

Final test (PDI)

At this stage, all parts will be functionally tested, and after going through the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) process, calibration labels will be attached to the device according to the customer's request and matched with the issued certificate.

7

Delivery to the customer

At this stage, the equipment is installed and launched by Gito's executive team or the customer's technical team, and software tests are taken.

Leave the calibration process to Gito team

According to the above steps, the Gito team provides calibration services to its customers as a complete package, and according to the sensitivities in the calibration process and instrumentation equipment, as well as additional services including two stages of testing and service and inspection before delivery. and the cheapness of these services, it is strongly suggested that you benefit from these Gito services for the issuance of EMS equipment calibration certificates.
